Lucca Hotels is an independent guide to places to stay in Lucca. This page explains what the site is and the limits of the information it gives.
Lucca Hotels is not a hotel, a travel agency or a tour operator. We do not own, manage or represent the properties listed, and a listing is not a recommendation or a guarantee of quality.
Descriptions, rooms, facilities, policies, photos and guest scores are based on information published by the properties and by our booking partners, and were correct when each page was last updated. They can change without notice. Always check the details shown at the moment you book.
We do not sell rooms and we do not take payments. Prices and availability are shown by our booking partners for your dates. Any reservation is an agreement between you and the partner or the property, under their terms, including cancellation and refunds.
Links to booking channels are affiliate links: if you book after following one, we may receive a commission from the partner. This is how the site is funded.
Photos, names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the properties. If you hold rights to something shown here and want it corrected or removed, tell us through the contact form and we will deal with it promptly.
The area guides (transport, prices, seasons, fees, opening times) are general information collected from public sources. They may be out of date and are not professional advice. Check official sources before you travel.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses or inconvenience arising from use of the site, from errors or omissions in its content, or from bookings made with third parties.
For corrections, removal requests, questions about rights or anything else about this site, use the contact form. We are not the property: for an existing booking, contact the hotel or the channel where you booked.
